Refund policy
You can return any unwanted and unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order.
If you wish to initiate a return for any reason, we recommend contacting us first via email at ukangelash@gmail.com to discuss the details and receive further instructions.
Returned items can be refunded or exchanged for an alternative product. In rare cases where an item becomes faulty within the warranty period, the 14-day return window will be extended.
If you receive a defective item, please report the issue to our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your order.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and processed, refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Additionally, please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges follow the same guidelines as our return policy.
If the exchanged item costs less than the original, we will refund the difference or provide store credit.
If the new item is more expensive, we reserve the right to request additional payment from the customer.
If the requested item is no longer in stock, we will offer a suitable alternative.
